Type: Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Production area: Contrada Chinesi, Alessandria della Rocca AG.
Cultivar: Nocellara del Belìce, Biancolilla, Cerasuola e Passulunara.
Processing: The olives are harvested by hand in November, the oil is cold extracted from a traditional olive press and it is let to decant for a couple of months in steel containers and then bottled.
Color: golden yellow with green highlights.
Smell: nose bouquet with clear notes of artichoke and tomato.
Taste: fruity with hints of almond, rich in polyphenols, natural antioxidants, underline a pleasantly spicy taste.
NOTES FOR USE: Oil very adaptable that can be used as raw but also on cooked meals, beans and fried meals.
